Refund Policy
At Daisy & Hank, we want you to love your pet portrait. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligible for a full refund
- Damaged products — If your printed portrait arrives damaged, defective, or with print quality issues, you're entitled to a full refund. Please send us photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery so we can document the issue with our print partner.
- Incorrect portraits — If the portrait you receive doesn't match the design you approved (wrong pet, wrong style, wrong size, or significant errors in the artwork), you're entitled to a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@daisyandhank.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We'll review your request and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5—10 business days.
